I think the best sports for you would be some team disciplines because there are actually no chances to start with that body building at the moment. This is not your fault in any meaning, this is just the matter of genetics, the way your body is built is just not massive enough to let you be successful in this discipline. The thing you would need to do would be to gain mass a bit. That would do. If you gain mass, you will be able to deal with the basic workout in the gym. of course, at the beginning you have to watch out very much, it is very easy to get an injury that can keep you out of activities for several weeks or even months.
